If you have an event that needs to be planned or managed, Excellent Meetings and Events is up for the task no matter how large or small. When Ohio turned 200 years old in 2003, Excellent Meetings planned and managed the party. Nearly 10,000 Ohioans and dignitaries from around the country celebrated Ohio’s Bicentennial in Ohio’s First Capital – Chillicothe. Excellent Meetings and Events worked cooperatively with local, state and national officials, and coordinated hundreds of local volunteers to staff the seventeen small and large events over 3 days. Throughout the rest of the year, Excellent Meetings and Events continued working with community leaders and volunteers to raise funds and planned and managed a myriad of events including parades, classes, historical re-enactments, reunions and even a major concert with the world renowned Boston Pops Orchestra.
